Spouse visa question.

Hello, my name is Paul. I have been living in UK since 2018 and I also have a pre-settle status. Me and my wife would like to apply for a spouse visa under Appendix rule. Unfortunatelly my income in the last 12 months does not meet the criteria required, my question is, if for instance in March 2022 I will be able to prove an income in the last 12 months over 18,600 can I start in April 2022 my application? And another question is about the accomodation criteria, currently I live in a 3 bedrooms house with a separate study room, house which is shared with another couple. All of the tenants have our name on the tenancy agreement with the agency, I would like to ask you if this type of accomodation is going to be accepted or do we need to rent our own house, only for me and my wife.
