List of documents required for the Main Applicant to file UK Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer) - Long Term Staff Visa from Overseas

Current passport with at least one blank page to stick the Visa Vignette

A bank statement showing you have at least £945 in savings held anywhere in the world, This should be held in your bank account for at least a period of 90 days before the date of filing the application

Your Tuberculosis test results - Check if this applies to you at : Tuberculosis tests for visa applicants

Valid Certificate of Sponsorship copy or at least the Certificate reference number

If the proposed Salary for the job in the UK is less than GBP 73900/- then the following additional documents will be required to show that the Applicant has been working with a linked entity for at least a period of 12 months:

1. Payslips covering the last 12 months to evidence that the Applicant had been working for the Company for the last 12 months. The most recent payslip must be dated no earlier than 31 days before the date of the application. If the payslips are not on headed paper or are printouts of online payslips, the Company must provide a letter confirming the authenticity of the payslips

2. Personal bank statements covering the last 12 months for the same corresponding period of the payslips above. The most recent statement must be dated no earlier than 31 days before the date of the application and should show transactions by the employer covering the specified period

3. A letter from the Parent Company confirming the applicant’s duration of employment, designation and annual salary

Note: Any document which is not in English should be accompanied by a Translation: The original translation must contain confirmation of the following from the translator: 

• That it is an accurate translation of the original document 

• The date of the translation 

• The translators full name and signature 

• The translators contact details
