Fiancee visa
i am legally married in pakistan, however a previous divorce /Talaq which was obtained in Azad kashmir has recently made me believe that the divorce wont bE valid in the UK due to domicile issues,
now im thinking of applying for a fiancee visa,
but im so confused as we never lived together and ive only visited.
i have 2 childrens with my current husband,
do we have to be living together for 2 years to apply for a fiancee visa?
