Key Points
The Home Office Worker and Temporary Worker Priority Service allows eligible sponsors to request priority consideration for certain post-licence changes, including annual and additional CoS allocations.
-
Visa Solutions prepares and submits eligible Home Office priority requests. Our main focus is additional (in-year) CoS allocation requests.
-
Pay £0 Visa Solutions professional fee upfront. Our £299 fee is payable only after the Home Office accepts your request into the priority service.
-
The separate £350 Home Office fee is paid directly to UKVI using its payment link within 72 hours, including weekends.
-
We also handle eligible priority requests involving Level 1 users, Authorising Officers, Key Contacts, representatives and changes to organisation details, including a move to new premises.
-
The corresponding change request must first be submitted through the Sponsor Management System. It must not already be in progress or allocated to a caseworker.
-
Acceptance into the priority service is not guaranteed and depends on eligibility, operating times and available daily capacity.
-
Acceptance does not mean that the underlying CoS allocation or sponsor request has been approved.
-
UKVI states that eligible paid requests will be considered within five working days, beginning on the working day after payment. Complex cases, additional checks or requests for further information may take longer.
Important: Acceptance into the Home Office priority service is not approval of the underlying CoS allocation or other sponsor request. UKVI states that eligible requests for which payment has been made will normally be considered within five working days, but approval is not guaranteed and additional checks may take longer.
