Will Permanent Residence for EU nationals be revoked on 31 December 2020, can I still use it to apply for Naturalisation as British?
Hello,
I need support to apply for british citizenship.
My application is complicated by the fact that I do hold a permanent residency status and have had it for more than 12 months, but I am currently out of the country, and Brexit will make the permanent residency invalid from the 1st of Jan next year.
Also I was not in the country exactly 5 years ago, but returned on the 9th of Jan 2016.
