EU settlement scheme pre-settled status, 6 months absence
Hello everyone,
I currently have pre-settled status in the UK, and I would like to get settled status.
I have received my pre-settled acceptance letter on 05th March 2021. In the letter, it says: "Your pre-settled status will expire on 06 March 2026."
I have left the UK on 18th December 2020, and have been abroad since then.
My plan is to return on the 19th June 2021. Would this break my 5 year continuous residence qualifying period?
