Skill worker visa
My husband has applied online for his Skilled Worker (5 years) Visa from outside the UK. While his application is pending, We are trying to now apply for dependent’s visas. A visa application is transferred to IHS for immigration health surcharge payment, and only after the payment has been made the application is completed and VFS appointment can be obtained for biometrics. My partner dependent visa application was completed and we were able to make the IHS payment. However when it comes to the children’s application we are being asked to provide my husband’s visa expiry date which is not available as the visa application is pending. Is it not possible to apply for dependent’s visa without obtaining the main applicant’s visa? We are struggling to find an answer.
