Tier 2(General) made Redundant, switching to EU Settlement Scheme as the Partner of an EU national
I am on a Tier 2(General) visa in the UK and I have a biometric residence permit card valid till 20th February 2021, however, I have been made redundant and my last day of work is 5th June 2020.
My wife is an European national and we live together in London. Can I apply for a Pre-settled status application as a Family Member of a European national to get a right to live and work in the UK on the basis of my relationship with an European national.
