Settled Status - lawful/legal residence during the qualifying period & not having Comprehensive Sickness insurance Self Sufficient / Student
As per the changes to the guidance for Naturalisation as a British Citizen 15 May 2020, I do have Settled Status under the EU Settlement Scheme, however, I have not been working in the UK for the last 5 years of qualifying residence period for the Naturalisation application. Is there any discretion that will be exercised in my favour?
