Service Description

APPLICATION TYPES COVERED: Indefinite Leave to remain (ILR) based on Tier 2 (at least current leave should be Tier 2) WHO SHOULD BUY THIS SERVICE? Applicants who have prepared their application themselves and wish to get their Application and Documents checked by an Immigration Lawyer, so that they can rectify any mistakes in the application and/or the documents before being submitted to the UKVI/Home Office OUR CHECKING SERVICE - TIER 2 ILR INCLUDES: Checking the completed application form Reviewing all the supporting documents, Suggesting any changes to the information filled on the application form and any changes to the documents to be submitted, so as to ensure a higher chance of success of the application and to avoid any mistakes in the application and/or the documents before being submitted to the UKVI/Home Office HOW IS THE SERVICE DELIVERED? Step 1 - When you make the payment, a 1 hour Video/Audio call will be booked at your preferred time via our secure Google Meet portal and an invite will be sent to your email with the dial-in details. Step 2 - As soon as possible or at least 2 hours before the call, please share a pdf copy of the filled application form and copies of the supporting documents via any Cloud Storage such as Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. or via email to info@visa-solutions.co.uk (if you do not wish to share your documents, you can also do a screen-share during the video call to show your application and documents instead of sending them to us) Step 3 During the call, an Immigration Lawyer will review the filled Application form and the supporting documents and will provide advice, so that the Applicant can rectify any mistakes in the application and/or the documents before being submitted to the UKVI/Home Office (Please note that the application and documents will be reviewed only during the call.
