Do I have to apply for a new Skilled Worker visa, if my Job SOC code has changed?
Hello, currently I'm on a Skilled Worker visa and recently received a promotion to a position with a different job code within the same company, will I need to reapply for my visa and incur associated costs? Could you please provide guidance on this matter? Thank you.

Since your SOC has changed, the company is required to issue you a new CoS and you have to file the Skilled Worker application with the new CoS and you have to pay the VISA and NHS fees again.
