Applicants who wish to prepare and file their EU Family Route application themselves, but wish to get support from an Immigration Lawyer to advise them at every stage of the application OUR FAMILY ROUTE APPLICATION SUPPORT SERVICE INCLUDES: Initial consultation (via audio/video call) and providing advice and a customized list of documents, answering questions regarding the whole application process, advice on which form to fill, help on answering questions on the form, checking the form once completed and prior to submission, reviewing all the supporting documents, advice on how to prepare a supporting covering letter and points to cover in that letter, if required for your application advice on booking biometric appointment, advice on submitting documents and processing time HOW IS THE SERVICE DELIVERED? Step 1 - When you make the payment, a Video/Audio Consultation will be booked at your preferred time. During the consultation, an Immigration Lawyer will advise you on your Application and provide you a customized list of documents, answer questions regarding the whole application process and will advise on which form to fill. Step 2 - You will then fill your application form and arrange your supporting documents and share a copy of the application and supporting documents via any Cloud Storage such as Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. or via email to info@visa-solutions.co.uk (if you do not wish to share your documents, you can also do a screen-share during the video call to show your application and documents instead of sending them to us) Step 3 We will then arrange an audio/video call for 45 minutes via our secure Google Hangouts Meet portal to review and discuss the Application and the supporting documents at a mutually agreed time, usually between 2 to 5 business days. The application and the documents will be reviewed during the call and advice will be provided so that the Applicant can rectify any mistakes in the application and/or the documents before being submitted to the UKVI/Home Office.
