Different types of Services we offer

 

We have listed below the different types of usual services we offer. You may choose any one or a combination of these services or we can customize either these or any other services as per your needs.

Consultation and Advice Services

Service 1: Brief Discussion for some questions to be answered - FREE

- via Whatsapp or Web chat or email or the "Ask for Consultation" form or phone call.

Suggested for: 

  1. Clients who are happy with a remote discussion and;

  2. Brief assessment of your case and to tell you what we can do for you, to answer some brief questions, to know our fees for a particular application

We offer a one-time 5 to 10 minutes free Whatsapp Chat or Web Chat or Email enquiry or Telephone call.

We recommend you to contact us via either Whatsapp or Web chat or email or the "Ask for Consultation" form or phone call.

If you call us and we are unable to take your call, please leave a voice message with your name, phone number to call and state your query briefly and we will return your call as soon as possible latest within 24 hours on business days.

Service 2: Remote Consultation - GBP 60 (see details below)

- via telephone/facetime/whatsapp/skype/viber/hangout, etc

Suggested for:

  1. Clients who are happy with remote advice and;

  2. For discussing the requirements for a particular visa, applicant's eligibility, documents required, discussing list of documents published on our website, timelines, where to file the application (in UK or abroad), knowing your rights and compliances for a particular visa, for assessing different visa options available to you or any other questions that you may have

 

We charge GBP 60 for a 30 minute consultation (minimum charge: 30 minutes) - payable via Bank transfer (We do not accept card payments)

Additional time(if required): £30 for each additional 15 minutes or part thereof.

 

For Remote Consultations, the fees is required to be paid when we book the consultation timing.

 

Further, if you decide to instruct us with the filing of the application, we will adjust the remote consultation fees towards our total fees and you will be required to pay the balance.

Remote consultations can be arranged at the following days/times:

Mon, Wed, Thu - 7am to 7pm

Tue, Fri - 2pm to 7pm

Service 3: In-person Consultation - Contact us for a fee quote (see details below)

-at our locations or your preferred location (preferably London travel zone 1 to 6)

(Suggested for

  1. Clients who wish to meet us in-person and;

  2. For discussing the requirements for a particular visa, applicant's eligibility, documents required, discussing list of documents published on our website, timelines, where to file the application (in UK or abroad), knowing your rights and compliances for a particular visa, for assessing different visa options available to you or any other questions that you may have.

In-person consultations can be arranged at the following days/times:

Mon, Wed, Thu - 11am to 7pm (at Finchley location) and 12pm to 5:30pm(at other locations)

Tue, Fri - 2:30pm to 7pm (at Finchley location) 2:30pm to 5:30pm(at other locations)

Application and Documents Checking Services

 

Service 4: Remote Checking ServiceGBP 120 (see details below)

- copy of application and supporting documents to be shared via any Cloud Storage such as Google Drive, Dropbox, etc. or via email.

plus call via telephone/facetime/whatsapp/skype/viber/hangout, etc. to review and discuss the Application and the supporting documents. The application and the documents will be reviewed only during the call. 

Suggested for:

  1. Clients who are happy with remote review of Application and Documents and;

  2. For checking of the Application and Supporting Documents, so that the Applicant can rectify any mistakes in the application and/or the documents before being submitted to the UKVI/Home Office

  3. Covering letter provided for additional fees

We charge GBP 120 for the Remote Checking Service, the fees covers for one call for about 1 hour maximum. Fees is payable via Bank transfer (We do not accept card payments) 

(This fee does not apply to any Tier 1 applications or ILR application based on any Tier 1 leave, for these, we will have a brief call and then quote the fees depending on the estimated time to be spent)

 

For Remote Checking Service, the fees is required to be paid when we book the call timing.

 

Further, if for any reason you decide to instruct us with the filing of the application, we will adjust the remote consultation fees towards our total fees and you will be required to pay the balance.

Full Service

Service 6: Full Service - Contact us for a fee quote (see details below)

-either remotely or at our/your preferred location(preferably London travel zone 1 to 6)

(Suggested for​

  1. Clients who wish to meet us in-person or are happy with remote advice/remote review and;

  2. Clients looking for full service from initial consultation, list of documents, review of documents, draft formats of letters/documents, creating and/or filling the online application form, submission of application, booking of Priority or Super Priority Service, Covering letter, etc.
